With the cascades of information exchanged daily on the Web, confidentiality is more important than ever. As a professional writer and consultant, I’m exposed to a great deal of confidential information from many sources. Blue Ferret Communications understands and respects your right to privacy. This policy lists our promise to you concerning any and all information you reveal.
All information shared during phone calls, meetings, e-mail correspondences, printed documentation, and other communication between Blue Ferret Communications and any current client, prospective client, past client, or referral are shared under the strictest of confidentialities. All contracts, agreement letters, and other forms of contractual agreement between us and any other party are considered legally binding upon signatures of both parties.
All contact information obtained for the purposes of newsletter distribution and/or targeting is kept private and remains governed by CAN-SPAM laws under US jurisdiction. Privacy laws in other countries govern in those jurisdictions.
Copy written by Blue Ferret Communications for any client is bound by US copyright law. Copyright is held by us, regardless of contractual agreements, pending completion of financial compensation, at which time copyright ownership immediately transfers to signed client.
