	Client: CFMC Project: Letter, Request for Damages (Legal/Financial) A referral from Carol Marshall at http://www.cmwrite.com/index.html, Jeff lost over 80% of his customer database to a software program gone bad. He needed to send the maker a damages letter in the face of this business-ruining disaster. I rushed his project, and he’s now in talks over a settlement! (As of July 2008)
	Client: PlanetMagpie Project: Datasheet, Database Services I have been privileged to work as PlanetMagpie’s Tech Writer for 2 years now. During that time we’ve completed dozens of projects, from webpages to datasheets like this one. This highlights the company’s available database consulting services. 	Client: PlanetMagpie Project: Datasheet, Ecommerce Hosting This is another datasheet, written for PlanetMagpie’s ecommerce hosting package. Our partner, MIVA Software, helped us out a lot with getting set up and making sure all our information was straight.
	Client: PlanetMagpie Project: Newsletter Issue #3 One of my favorite projects with PlanetMagpie is our monthly newsletter, aptly titled “WOOF!” This is an image copy of Issue #3, published September 2007.
	Client: PlanetMagpie Project: E-Blast, Partnership Promotion In 2006 PlanetMagpie helped sponsor the Silicon Valley chapter of the National MS Walk. I wrote an email blast announcing our sponsored team and asking for donations from our mailing list. The event was a real blast!
	Client: Northern California Cement Masons Apprenticeship JATC. Project: Website Content, Complete Site (Union Masonry Apprenticeship School) Tri-Valley Internet and I were proud to produce this complete website for our local cement masons’ apprenticeship committee. The committee director understood the value of strong content communicating directly to his student’s needs. Plus, he was a great guy to work with. This is definitely one of my all-time favorite projects.
	Client: Business Aviation Insurance Services (BAIS) Inc. Project: Website Content, Complete Site (Corporate Aviation Insurance, Risk Management) This has to be one of the most specialized services for which I’ve written. It was also one of the most novel. Tri-Valley Internet provided a clean site design, and Blue Ferret took care of making sure BAIS Inc.’s prospects knew how thorough a job BAIS would do for them.
	Client: Rick Silva, B2B Gathering Inc. Project: Company Brochure (Professional Networking) Back in 2006, Rick Silva, head of B2B Gathering Inc., needed a brochure for a tradeshow. And fast. Working with Select Imaging, we helped him get an overall company services brochure written, edited, formatted & printed in the nick of time. In 2007, when Rick and I had more time, we went back and redid the brochure for a clearer, stronger message.
	Client: Versailles Jewelers. Project: Web Content, 5 Pages (Modern/Estate Jeweler) Working with Adept Consulting, who provided hosting and design services for Versailles Jewelers, we put this modern & estate jeweler on the Web with a selection of beautiful pins, rings, necklaces…and content!
	Client: Jeffrey Morgan, Coldwell Banker. Project: Foldout Mailer (Real Estate Services) This was a collaboration project between Blue Ferret Communications and Wonderland Creative Design. We enjoyed this collaboration project immensely, and Jeff got a snappy mailer to show his clients without a huge dent in his budget.
	Client: DHS Construction Services Inc. Project: Promotional Brochure (Construction Mgmt. Firm) We were referred to DHS Construction to help them get their promotional efforts going. Blue Ferret was very impressed with DHS’ professionalism and studiousness. We handled all project duties on this brochure - layout, copywriting, & arranging for printing.
	Client: Fiducia Inc. Project: Sales Questionnaire (Online Bookkeeping Firm) Fiducia Inc. needed a series of sales questions to identify customers who would make the best use of their services. Blue Ferret Communications provided them a progressive, discerning questionnaire. See their testimonial below!
	Client: OutSource MarCom Project: Website Content (Marketing Communications Outsource Firm) Outsource Marcom approached BFC to create a new verbal image for their company following their name change (to Outsource Marcom, of course). We provided fresh, engaging copy for their Home and About Us pages.
	Client: RMC Marketing Project: Website Content (Print Broker, Promotions, Sales Consulting) Working with Blackfish Web Design, Blue Ferret Communications wrote all content for RMC Marketing’s promotional website.
